Drivers
Routes, pickups, and the unexpected.
What should I check before accepting a route?
Complete the required driver setup and verification, then review every pickup and delivery window, the vehicle requirement, route distance, estimated time, and payout. Allow time for driving and handling at each stop. Accept only work you can complete with your vehicle and existing commitments.
Can I remove a route before pickup?
Before any item has been picked up, use Report an issue → Need to cancel route and review the removal screen. A first removal does not start a route-acceptance pause. Removing another accepted route within a rolling 24-hour period pauses your ability to accept new routes for 24 hours from that removal. Your other accepted routes still need to be completed.
What if I cannot finish a delivery after picking something up?
Once any item has been picked up, you cannot simply remove the route. Report the issue from the route and describe what happened, where the items are, and how support can help. Keep the items secure while support coordinates the next steps. Reporting a problem does not cancel the delivery or authorize you to dispose of the items.
What should I do if I am running late?
Open Report an issue at the affected stop, choose Traffic delay, and share your updated arrival estimate. Use the order’s messages to coordinate with the buyer or seller. An arrival estimate does not change the booked pickup or delivery window; a schedule change must follow the rescheduling process.
Does confirming arrival also confirm pickup?
No. Arrival tells the other person you are at the stop. Follow the pickup confirmation steps for each item, including the required photo, and submit the confirmation after you have the item. On a route with several pickups, completing one pickup does not complete the others.
What if an item is unavailable at pickup?
Choose Item unavailable under Report an issue and select the affected item. Record what happened so the buyer, seller, and support can act on the correct item. Do not mark an item as picked up if you do not have it. For a different problem at the stop, use Another stop issue.
How do I handle a reschedule request?
Open Review Request and check the proposed delivery time, address, and schedule fit. Approve only if you can complete it. Your current route remains in place until the change is confirmed and any additional payment is complete. If the schedule check is unavailable or seems incorrect, contact support with the order number rather than treating the request as approved.
Where does a reported driver issue go?
A driver issue report creates a support ticket and notifies support with the order information and what you wrote. Include the affected stop, item, and useful details. If you need to follow up, contact support@swyperspace.com with the order number. In an emergency, contact local emergency services first.
Sellers
Your listings, your items, your pickup.
What information helps a pickup go smoothly?
Use clear photos and an accurate description, including the item’s size, condition, and any access or loading considerations. Keep the listing’s availability current. Review the pickup window in Your Listings and have the correct item ready for the assigned driver.
How do I know who is picking up my item?
Open Your Listings and find the item’s delivery card. Once a driver is assigned, it shows their name, profile photo, vehicle, and license plate. Use Message Driver to coordinate the pickup. Driver Assigned means someone accepted the route; it does not mean the item has already been picked up.
What does Driver canceled mean?
The previously assigned driver removed the route before pickup. Check the current pickup status and messages for next steps. Dismissing the notice only hides that update; it does not cancel the buyer’s order or confirm a replacement driver. Contact support if the pickup can no longer take place.
Where do I read messages about a pickup?
Open Account → View Listings, find the item, and choose Message Driver for your delivery conversation. The listing’s Messages button is for listing conversations. Open the actual conversation to read new messages; viewing the listings page alone does not read a driver message.
How do I report a listing or someone in messages?
Use the report option on the listing or in the conversation’s menu, select the reason, and describe what happened. Include relevant details without sharing passwords or payment-card information. You can also contact support with the listing, conversation, or order details so the team can locate the report.
Buyers
Orders, schedule changes, and refunds.
How do I follow my delivery and contact the driver?
Open Orders to see your delivery window, item progress, and driver details. Once a driver is assigned, use Message Driver for that order. Check each item’s progress on orders with multiple pickups. Share the delivery PIN with the driver after checking your delivery, as instructed in the app.
Can I change my delivery time or address?
When Reschedule is available on your order, use it to review a new delivery time or address and any price difference. Delivery must allow time for the confirmed pickups and the drive to the destination. Your existing booking remains in place until the change is confirmed and any additional payment is complete. If the option is unavailable or pickup has started, contact support.
What refund do I get if I cancel a local delivery?
For a regular buyer cancellation before pickup: with no assigned driver, the refund is 100% within 48 hours of placing the order and 75% afterward; with a driver assigned, it is 50%. Once pickup has started, a regular cancellation is not refundable. Specific service-failure exceptions can provide a full refund. Review the amount shown in Cancel before confirming, and contact support if the order has a service problem. These rules concern Swyper local delivery, not shipped orders or payments made outside SwyperSpace.
What if my driver never picks up the item or my delivery is late?
If an assigned driver has not picked up any items when the booked delivery window ends, eligible local orders are automatically canceled for a full refund, even after 48 hours. Refund processing may take time; check the order’s refund status rather than assuming the money has already arrived. If any item has been picked up, contact support with your order number so we can help resolve the delivery. Check each item’s progress and driver messages in Orders.
What if no driver accepts my order?
If a Swyper local delivery reaches its driver-acceptance deadline without an accepted driver, the order is canceled and the payment is refunded or its uncaptured authorization is released. That deadline is tied to the booked pickup and delivery schedule. A released authorization may disappear from your bank statement rather than appear as a separate refund.
Why is my refund or released payment still pending?
A refund of a completed charge and the release of a pending card authorization are different. Your bank controls when the change appears in your account. Keep your order number and contact support if you cannot find the refund status or the amount looks incorrect. Moving an order to History does not itself issue a refund.
How many Exchange Credits can I claim each day?
The daily reward button in Account shows the current number of credits available to claim and when the reward resets. Use the amount displayed in the app, since the daily reward can change. Exchange Credits are separate from a delivery payment or cash refund.
