Support happens in the SwyperSpace Discord. Join the server to ask staff a question or open a ticket about your account, a listing, meetup, trade, refund, or safety concern.
Ask staff a question
Post in the help channel and staff will pick it up. Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and the page where you got stuck.
Open a ticket
For anything account-specific — a transaction, refund, or report — open a support ticket in the server. Include the invite or item code so we can find the right activity.
Join the SwyperSpace Discord
Tickets are private between you and SwyperSpace staff. You can also email support@swyperspace.com.
Immediate danger or suspected crime
Contact local emergency services or law enforcement first. SwyperSpace support is not an emergency-response service.
